Teaser Tuesday 10/6

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along!

Just do the following:

  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page

My first Teaser Tuesday! Woo-hoo!
And their was the new sense, the fifth sense I'd never had, that took the particles from the air and transformed them into strange messages and pleasures and warnings in her brain - scents. They were distracting, confusing to me, but not to her memory.

    I read "The Host" and had mixed feelings about it. Some neat ideas, but a really long novel. Great teaser :-)

    Wonderful teaser! I've had The Host sitting on my shelf for almost a year - I got it as a gift and just haven't gotten around to reading it. I'll have to read it soon (well, just as soon as I can get through my library and review books!). Good choice!

    I warn you now, Teaser Tuesday is very addicting, and very bad for your TBR list/pile. ;)

    I also had mixed feelings reading this one, but in the end it was still a decent book. Hope you enjoy it!

    I have not read this book yet. How are you liking it? My coworker loved the Twilight series but had other opinions on this one so I haven't picked it up to read yet.
